No, we do not ship ground coffee. Coffee is a fresh product and its quality is best preserved in beans. We recommend that you consume the coffee within two weeks after opening the package or within two months after the roasting date.

Please note that the shipping cost is added in the last step of the order after completing your billing and shipping information, before confirming.

Shipments are made on the same day of each week, Wednesdays.

  • For customers in Spain, we ship with Correos. Free shipping for orders over 45€.
  • For orders within the EU, we ship with UPS. Free shipping from 75€.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and delivery address.

You will be notified by email of your tracking number, so you will always know where your order is.

Orders are received any day of the week. However, shipments are prepared on Tuesdays and shipped on Wednesdays. You will receive an email with your tracking number so you will always know where your package is.

To return your order we recommend that you read our Refund Policy.

In case you do not receive your order, the courier did not notify you or you cannot find your shipment with its tracking number, please contact us.

For customers in Spain the estimated delivery time is 2 working days.

In the case of EU it ranges between 7 and 14 working days depending on the destination.

International depends on the destination and the time it takes for the customs offices of the destination to process the documentation.

Yes, it is necessary to take into account the delay and the cost of customs clearance of the country that is the destination of the shipment. This cost is charged to the customer.

Yes, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to customs control, so there is an extra cost for processing.

In accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving a reason. However, food products are exempt from the law and therefore the right to return does not apply to coffee, teas or other food products.

From Coffee Lovers Roasters we care about customer satisfaction and accept return within 14 calendar days from receipt of shipment.

The customer pays any cost to return an item and the returned item must be returned substantially unchanged and in the original packaging, including any wrapping. You are responsible for the risk assumed during shipment; this risk includes, but is not limited to, the product being damaged or missing.
